The hotel is set in a fabulous location with stunning views of the trees and ample sunlight pouring in through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The rooms were spotless, tidy, and had everything we needed. However, the service could be hit or miss with most staff falling short, except for one dedicated cleaner. The location is unbeatable, situated on the outer edge of Wilpena Pound offering a breathtaking outlook and immediate access to hiking trails. The dining experience, although tasty, had some delays in food preparation. Overall, a great place to stay with minor service hiccups.
